you have to wait a full 24 hours before you can vote again ...

try using a different web browser ( like firefox ) rather than IE and see what happens.

If you still get the error then that means you have not allowed enough time yet ...

It works without any issues ...just keep in mind that Cookies are required for it to work ...

Could someone do me a favor and post a screenshot of these popups and download prompt? I cannot currently test this myself. Also, please, only do this if you have a reputable and updated antivirus/malware program running.

Thanks,

the site is opening up a pop up page to *http://dragoneternity.com/register/

executed by clicking on the area where your suposed to enter the text into the box ..

False lead to click link rather than vote ...
Using Microsoft Security Essentials as well as Avg as well as Nortons as well as ESET antivirus software all found this to be a virus
a temp file in my case called 12343d1c-25873dd2.jpg is a Exploit:Java/CVE-2013-2423.

My temp files were cleared prior to visiting the site to assure that I did not get it from somewhere else. Each test from the Antivirus software was indepenednet as i have seveal VM's each loaded different for software testing.

and the temp file is labled different in each test but comes up with the same virus results

Tested and ran from a VM of Microsoft windows Vista Ultimate ....

A bit hinky IMHO

I wasn't running anti-virus at the time it turns out.

But when I clicked on the capta box to type the words in, it opened a new window. (I closed it before it fully opened.)

Usually the popups are just adds for some MMOs or online poker/casino stuff... For me at least...

If it'll help anyone, it's easy to block the offending popups from Top100Arena with AdBlock Plus. Add this filter - *.ad4game.com*
- and you can vote with no problem and no annoying ads. :)
