Can a player have more then one? If so how many do you have?

I am not aware of a limit, however you must always consider the maximum number of items your backpack can have.

example: if your backpack can have max 125 items having more than 3 HBOH would be wasted money ^^

You can have more than one. You can also increase your main backpack item and weight limit. Costs 25 ed for +25 items or +25 weight.
