RBG & culichi would like to invite all Excelsiorians to The BOD Swap n Shop Event!

This event will begin Saturday, July 15th starting at 16:00 Shard time/10:00 a.m.CST. 
New Players interested in learning about BODs are encouraged to come by!
This is an ongoing event for one week with fun activities planned.
A World Teleporter will be set up at the RBG Event Center for the duration of the
event. 
 

Saturday, 15th @ 16:00 Shard time/10:00 a.m. CST
BOD Swap n Shop kicks off with a Meet n Greet.                   
Let’s talk, trade, buy, and sell BODs!
 Vets will be on hand to help answer your BOD questions.
Vendors, selling BOD related items only, will be available all week.
 A door prize drawing – A completely full BOD Book (500 FILLED Tailor BODs) will be
given away at 17:00 Shard time/11:00 a.m. CST, along with a few other Door Prizes!
          YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!

** New this year – Silent Auction will start and run through the end of the
event!

Tuesday 18 th @ 23:59 Shard time/5:59 CST

 Shoots n Ladders – Come play a life size board game and you could win a 120
Crafting Powerscroll or other nice prizes.
 Door Prize Drawings – YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!

Thursday 20 th @ 23:00 Shard time/ 5:00 pm CST

 Go Fish! – We will be playing Go Fish with BODs. A fun way to add to your
BOD stash!
 Door Prize Drawings – YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!

  Saturday, 22nd @ 22:00 Shard time/4 p.m. CST
 Silent Auction Ends- The Event Center will close for one hour to process and
post winners of the Silent Auction items. RBG will give Auction items and
Bidding Boards to the owners who will get with you to make the transaction.

Saturday, 22nd @ 23:00 Shard time/5 p.m. CST
 Come and join us for Participation Prizes and more Door Prizes
 Finish up buying, selling, or swapping those BODs.
 And then….

AFTER PARTY!!

**You just never know what is going to happen at the After Party, so don’t miss it!

It is our hope that all buyers and sellers will be present for the Event Closing and
After Party. We understand with different time zones, this may not be possible.

And yes, there will be Cake!!
