Problems with Razor

I'm having problems getting Razor to run with Excelsior.
I follow the guide exactly but I'm still getting this window.
Razor files in Program Files (x86). Is there something I am missing?

Do you have the right server info in there ill up load a picture of mine when i get home.

Update:
The problem ended up being I had the wrong version. I went elsewhere and got everything working so all is well now.
