im about to start leveling a weapon i intend to eventually turn into a bow

is there any problems if i was to add self repair 5 / spell channeling to it

it doesnt disappear when i change weapon type or it wont block me from changing the type of weapon does it?

For what its worth, I changed my double axe into a Dread Sword long after I leveled it up and had added those same two deed to it. Nothing was lost in the change.
