After 15 incredible years in Ultima Online, the time has come for me to say goodbye. But before I go, I want to give back to the amazing community that has made this journey so unforgettable!

So I've been asked a number of times and I quitting??

Yes.

Why am I quitting?

Many reason that I'm quitting. Life, I've been playing UO here and OSI for 20 years. I've done everything in the game, solo everything, make everything, I've really done everything in UO. I don't have the time in life to grind anymore. I recently bought a 130 year old house and have so much work to do. I've been running a business now for 5 years and that take up most of my time. Also my wife hates this game. lol

Will I be destroying and leaving my lots empty?

I will drooping all my houses except my Christmas tree plot. Everything will be free for the grabbing. I will be replacing the houses on the empty plots.
I'm working on setting up UO on an unattended server so I can bank sit unattended just to keep the house from decaying but will not be accepting messages or doing anything.

Will [EM] dissolve? No... I will still be guild leader and if there is any new recruits they will be able to join. (guild members will know how to get ahold of me.)

For a hour before the scheduled time there will be multiple continues gates from town center to the house location.

Hope we can set a new milestone So save the date.

Here's a Run down about 2 hours before start time there will be gates from Town Center to the house location. I will be dropping a house one after another. There will be a scavenger hunt, In all the items there are a few "special" items. After all houses dropped and all items picked up ill have everyone gather and ill ask for a item that will earn them one of a few Extra special Item (hint my sunglasses will be one of the prizes.) You never know what the items will be so grab it all. Ill hand out the door prizes and event item.

will this be an event new players will want to attend, even the ones without the crazy auto grab scripts?

Yes new players will most definitely want to attend there is over 10,000+ items that will be up for grabs. (new players will benefit from this the most.) Everyone will get something for sure. the majority of items will be considered "junk" to the vets.

Some of that "junk" could be worth my "omni sunglasses" or other big great prizes.

I might also have a way to curve the auto looters from grabbing so much.
