I'm dead and stuck. I used I'm stuck to brit. it moved me there, i still cant move i'm still dead and stuck. cant get my corpse or my pets. Anarchy tried to rez me and it said I couldlnt be rezed in that location.
happened between 1930 and 1945 shard time.

I tried logging out and back in with and without razor.
tried rebooting
tried the im stuck but it wouldn't let me again
I paged also but no one was available

I used I'm stuck and got to Trins, and just stood there waiting with a page in.
BabyS finally was able to rez me. I was still stuck and unable to move.
someone helped me out with a bracelet of binding to go get my dead pets back and i was able to recall to my house, where I stood there stuck outside it until +Nyx came and fixed the stuck problem
by that time my body had decayed as it had been about 12 hours since I had first gotten stuck, so lost just about everything.

So to summarize - died, was stuck, unable to physically move, unable to be rezed

Was there a question in there? Or was this just an FYI?

It seems to be like a timeline of events of what happened to sapphire. So... are you OK now? Besides the fact that you lost 'everything'... Are you trying to tell us not to do or avoid some areas? Or are you trying to notify staff that there is a problem? Orrr... is this the starting post of a rant?

I always thought that if you "lost everything" and it was the "shard's fault", +Colibri will get your stuff back free?

It does sound like a serious ordeal though that you have been through.

for the most part ok, still frustrated, and slowly working on getting my dex stuff back, need to start hunting again but kinda afraid to right now.

honestly, mostly posted here in hopes of getting staff attention since it really feels like this has been ignored. I made the original post. I paged when it happened and staff unstuck me, but that is the last contact I've had regarding this. I've emailed Coli, I've messaged Coli and Veritas here in the forums. I've paged.
I'm just thankful I've still got my GoC stuff and was able to get pets back before they poofed.

Did you have your stuff insured? If you did, you shouldn't have lost too much. I think +Colibri will only get back important items.

Either way it sounds like your experiance really sucked, and probably could have been much less troublesome for you if the shard had more staff. I really hope +Colibri gets around to getting more staff soon, I fear it's events like these that push people away from the shard.

Disclaimer: I Love the shard, and this is not a dig against it or the current staff

Yup that sucks really bad. I would send +Colibri a email from the main page. I do believe he will retrieve your items do it to being the "shards" fault. Include date and time that it happened (shard time) You might want to send a page with that info if you can fit it in as well. Sadly, you might have a long wait to get your items back as +Colibri seems to be extremely busy with real life.

Sapphire, as I've mentioned previously, you have a page waiting for Colibri's attention. He has been very busy with RL and has not yet had time to do the many recoveries waiting on him. Your request is there, though, and there's nothing more anybody else on staff can do since Coli is the only person who can recover items. Please just be patient, we are not ignoring you, we simply cannot help you and you must wait for Coli.

If you didn't have enough gold for your insurance to work, then what makes you think you would have had enough to pull your body with the corpse stone? The post sounds like a rant post and like you are trying to get something for your error. If your biggest complaint is that you lost GoC items, then you didn't lose anything of any great quality. You'll be ok, just work hard and get more.

Xavian you miss one point, sapphire said "i still cant move i'm still dead and stuck". so how could use corpse stone in that case?

I caught that part. But even if he/she wasn't stuck there would not have been funds to pay the corpse stone fee. I also caught the part where it said couldn't MOVE, not couldn't cast spells. Personally if I couldn't walk I would have perhaps tried to teleport my way to the corpse stone. Seeing as though once he/she was able to res casting recall was possible, casting teleport would have worked. I see where play time may have been lost, but there was no need for the loss of any gear if all possibilities had been tried by the player

Sapphire could of had bricks of mithril in the bank. Either way it's not for us to determine if the "shard" was at fault or not. +Colibri will handle this.
