I know that I can find the runic items in the BODs for the rest of the profesions, but what about tinkering ? Where I can find them ?

Mined up ore elementals have a chance to give either runic hammers, or runic tinker kits.

Which ore elementals ? I still dont have luck with this

Gargoyles pickaxe to mine for ore elementals. They will give either runic smith hammers, or tinker kits.
Gargoyles Knife to cut up leather for a chance to get a leather elemental, and runic sewing kits.
Gargoyles Axe to chop down trees, and a chance to get a runic fletching kit.

The MOA champs also give all of the runics I believe.
