Like Hara mentions, I can guarantee you that all but maybe 4 of the spawns are active at any given time. The MOAs, Barracoon, and Neira are done often, a) because you can get to them very easily and b) they're the easiest by far to beat, thus the reason they're done so often, so quickly.
