When i log in to portal it just keeps trying to load with my account, but if i try my son's account i can log in and chat? Also when a try and place a boat the curser is way off and when i tray and place it says you can place a house or boat there? Also when i pickup gems or plave them is way off?

When i try and login to Portal the screen just hangs never loading, so i load it with my character name and is sends me to the login screen and i login in and it hangs all over again. my son can log in just fine with his account. Please help. I cant use chat.
