Pretty sure it's this... Or, if you don't use razor, you may have deleted some files in your UOEX folder...

I'm really really against that idea! We already have relayer that give our characters a HUGE boost... Over powered guys like Anarchy & cie (wich i have nothing against) are already too strong for the monsters we have here. Lot of messages are posted every month to have tougher monsters implemented ...
