I have tried everything I can think of to connect but with no luck.

Can't the admins go in and see what IP match mine and wipe those?

I am using the client from the webpage and trying with Razor and Connect UO.

Yeah it was an old account. I talked to the admin and said make a new one but I still can't connect.

The firewall on my modem, I made sure UO could connect and firewall on windodws (Vista) I let the program UO through ...

Can anyone tell me how to connect. I had an account once but even admin can not find info.

Was told to create new one so i did but still can not connect.
