Depending on stats you are looking at 50 - 200m gold. I bought my 5x58 base (which had 2 bad hits HLA and HSL I needed to change with X to Y deeds) for 60m.

Yes, druid spells are 100% worth getting. Restorative Soil is an absurdly powerful spell. Definitely one of my most frequently cast spells.
