No sooner had I posted this that I found the vendor near the Minoc Mines...

I just recently joined the shard so I'm not totally familiar with all of it's specific traits yet. Where can I get ingots on this shard? I can't find any on any of the NPC vendors. I went to mine some ore to forge them, but I can't find a vendor that sells shovels or pickaxes. Obviously there is som...
