Well considering the "cannot connect to origin" screen that pops when you cannot connect, Is standard for any shard that isnt up, you might have just sent them an email for nothing. Custom Servers and shards do not update that screen to say "Excelsior" or WHatever their server m...

im very serious...just got a puter generated response that they would look at my complaint within 72 hours

the problem is origin uo is stealing accounts i just sent them a letter to release mine...found out they linked my old uo account to this one and somehow is stopping me from loggin on to excelsior...help...this is serious
