After a long hiatus, I am back on UO Excelsior ready to battle demons!

I am unsure where to go to find the Halloween battles. I know there is an event on 10/28 but is there anything inbetween where I can battle some ghosts?

I have read on here and in the Wiki a few times that Luck does not have too much value when it comes to monsters dropping rares. Is this true? If not, what would my luck me if I am to get something rare? My luck is usually at 1200 to 1300.

Is it legal to have your pets roam unattended in Dungeons killing monsters? I thought the answer was no but wanted to be sure. I am seeing this a little more often.

Hello all,

I bought a scroll of 110 Resisting Skill since I am currently at 31.6, and after battling for awhile, the skill cap is not going up. I have high skills in a lot of things (archery, sword, fencing, mace fighting, healing, hiding). Am I doing something wrong?
