I have tried reinstalling. My friend who started the same time as me has the same issue.

I just started on the shard and item properties take a very long time to load. I have to be on the map for about 5 minutes before statless "deer mask" turns into "hunters headdress" with properties. Is there a fix for this? I am using the prepatched client and connecting with razer
