My client ran just fine until i patched to 4c. Now i get the "out of memory" error.

On this shard u can get "metal" bone helmets as a random drop. This drop is not common, nor extremely rare. Those helmets can be used as decoration, cos the stats they come with are no match for other head pieces like Spirit of Totem, few dex pieces, or even Headband of Power.
