Does anyone with 120 Insc/Cart/Track can confirm what I said previously? Because if only my char can craft at 100% chance without any additional gear then it can be some kind of bug. i like this idea i think achievments system has been neglected. i know some people will never be interested in achievments but i think most of us would enjoy it if ideas like this were implemented it would give us things to do ingame. maybe limited time quests that reward a single use account bound ...

better chance of a response on this if you use the ingame help button i think. you might have a shot at reverting the wep if it was done very recently by using the item recovery service but better to ask first before deleting an item.
