Which crafting & resource skills are a "must have" for being 120? And, why?

Can castles not be converted to "customizeable"? And, if they can... how? The option is greyed out in the house menu.

I'm considering selling mine but need to know what a good price for it is. I've had a couple of people interested, when I asked ingame but would like to learn what I can about it's worth before making a decision.
