Simply make a macro in Steam named whatever copy and paste this into the box :

target "enemy"
getenemy 'enemy' 'nearest' 'grey' 'criminal' 'red' 'hostile'
target 'enemy'
attack 'last'

Then go to the hotkey tab and set a hotkey for that macro and you have a simple auto attacker.
