I run into the same problem, but figure out, there are differences between the worlds.
Trying to use the macros in malas or tokuno worked for me.

I've looted this yesterday and I'm a little bit confused because a tailor item had to be "spinned" or "barbed". Anyone any ideas where this come from or ist this real common!?
