Have you had an account here previously? You cannot have more than 1 account per IP address except by request for a family member/friend playing on the same IP.... That is likely what is causing your issue.

How did you make this hue, if you used UOFiddler, you can apply it just to your own hue file... but if the Admins were to make that an individual hue they would have to 1 add it server side and 2 issue a new patch for the client, or just an updated hue file so everyone could see it.. too much work ...

Yeah, im pretty sure that is your problem.. port 60 cannot be used by both the RunUO server -shard itself- and the server program for UOAM. two separate programs have to use different ports.
