Having trouble with runes blocked. I was doing fine recalling to my apt, suddenly says location blocked. Tested it out marking runes walking away trying to recall. Always says location blocked when it is not. Am I missing something?

Thank you for your prompt reply. I apologize for violating rules by starting character on partners account. Will delete character and begin again on second account. It is awesome to be back to the world of Ultima.
