only way to get those skills to 120 is to use the deed for a 120 powerscroll of your choice it cost 200ED or you can win it in trinsic raffle stone

thats how the market goes, it requires time and materials to reach the skill required to craft those items. if you can find a way to save gold, lets say check [exex and buy plat ingots for 59gp each then ask some players to craft you some lockpicks or max your tingkering skill.
