Befriend a newbie - there is a quest in the newb dungeon (attached to the training area) to kill rats. Reward is organics, fewest I've seen is 50, most is 120, all for killing a few rats that don't fight back. I've already sold more than 2K organics via exex. Guessing if you'd be willing to pay them...
