First off, forgive my ruleslawyering and quotefrenzy.
Secondly, I'm quite sure that you are misunderstanding what Harabakc means.
I'm confident that he's aware of the fact you can have multiple accounts from the same IP for family members, as it is under the [account command.
What he clarified was that, regarding multiple accounts, whether they are from the same house or not:

That also means that borrowing your friend's account (even for a few minutes) is NOT ALLOWED!
Doing so, if you get caught, will get your friend's account permanently banned. Your own account will get banned from anywhere between a week and 3-6 months, and that is if you're caught the first time.
We want to keep things fair - every person gets to play on one account.
From the Codex:
1. Accounting:
a. One account per person, multiple allowed per IP (for multiple people in a household).
b. Having more than one account per person is forbidden.
What Harabakc
also said though, is, if someone just pops over to the computer of someone else living in the same house, and re-starts a macro which takes all of 3 seconds to do, nobody is really going to notice it at all.
It's also not something that's actually causing an issue - it isn't earning the primary player any profit, just a nice act that helps the secondary player out in the
rare event of a crash. Going to a GM about it would be frankly (and please don't shoot me for deciding this myself, it's just an opinion) a waste of the GM's time.
That being said, if you want to follow the rules to the letter (which you should), TwilighT, don't do it
at all as Colibri clearly stated not to use anyone else's account, not even for a few minutes.
