Well could you tell something more ? What expansion of uo do you have, did you patch with osi, do you have newest uogateway ?

Does any error appear ? Is it problem only with our shard or with other as well ?

Its hard to judge whats your problem from what you said.
If everything you are doing fails, you can try manual patching.

so, if i understand right, our custom patch doesnt load. Ok lets first get you online and we'll diagnose this further when we catch you online.

In UOG, add a new server, with the details:
Name: Excelsior Custom
Address: shard.uoexcelsior.com
Port: 2593
Patch: -leave empty-

This should just connect you, without any patch loads. I hope to see you soon .

Well instead of adding new server you can just remove Excelsior from list (to remove actual patches) and then add it again. Open settings tab then choose yes for "Ignore download errors".
If you dont want to use our patch just click cancel before it finishes downloading.
Its easier that way :D

Apparently manually patching breaks OSI patching, so you have to replace those manually patched files with the old ones before you can patch back to OSI, or re-install. Althought that's probably not what you're talking about, but I figured it was nice to know.
