Connection Problems

Can anyone tell me how to connect. I had an account once but even admin can not find info.

Was told to create new one so i did but still can not connect.

can anyone help??????

Tell us,

Did you download the shards patches?
How are you trying to connect? (Razor/ConnectUO/etc...)
What client are you are using?
Do you get to a certain part of connecting?

I take it if you have spoken to staff then your account was inactive and wiped, so shouldn't have a problem of you trying to create another account.

You said you "once" had an account. Does this mean you played before, but haven't logged into the shard for more than six months? If so your account was most likely wiped due to inactivity.

If the program itself is not connecting, check your firewall to make sure the program has permission to access the internet.

I am using the client from the webpage and trying with Razor and Connect UO.

Yeah it was an old account. I talked to the admin and said make a new one but I still can't connect.

The firewall on my modem, I made sure UO could connect and firewall on windodws (Vista) I let the program UO through.

Right now I am at a loss....

I have tried everything I can think of to connect but with no luck.

Can't the admins go in and see what IP match mine and wipe those?

If you're using vista, did you make sure you set the UO.exe to run as administrator? You may need to do the same with razor.
