Umbris camp?

I was curious,whats the deal with the umbris camp?And how do you get some of those items marked [v]?


Killed lots of lurkers,grunts and elites and nothing more than gold.Is there some hidden trick or something? I hear something about getting a key off a elite,but i have killed atleast 40 of them and nothing.Any information would be helpfull:)

there are three officers in the camp area. they drop the keys. you have to get all three keys (or else you'll be running back and forth wasting time...keys decay). then you to to the top of the tower and wait for another key to spawn. after getting that key and the tower 2 key hasn't decayed you can enter the middle floor room where there is a chest inside. yup, another key but this one will be marked cell key 1-3. depending on the key that spawns inside that chest; you then have to either go outside to the prison cells and open them up. there are chests inside there which will give you the arties. if your really lucky you'll get the key to the first floor tower because inside that chest (if tower key 1 hasn't decayed) will release the shield. good luck your gonna need it. i was there for 4 hours finally got the second floor chest key but my second floor tower key decayed so i gave up.
