Great War of Excelsior

I was sitting here thinking today about all these higher up players that have been on the shard for awhile. They go around and kill so much stuff with no problem. Then I came up with the idea of a great war. This would allow these higher up players and also the lower players to pit themselves against each other and see who is better and possibly to help them become better players, but most of all it just seems like good old fun.

Granted this would be an all out war among every player online, which in my opinion makes it all the better, but if you wish not to participate just say so. If you do just stay logged in if we can get this event to happen.

I need some feedback and some opinions on where to have it and what should happen during it and rules and stuff. This is just the rough idea I thought up while bored and I want some feedback so we can possibly get the admins interested and get them rolling on the idea.

Join one of the tower war events, as close as you're likely to get to what you want. Otherwise you will probably never see world pvp on a non-pvp shard. Search on pvp to see how most folks here feel about it, then read the rules about where and how you can pvp.

There are some players that cannot be killed even when it is 10 v 1.

I guess it depends on who the ten are.

I know that if you lined up ten under geared people and told them to attack me, i would kill them all without firing a single arrow.

This might be fun, but it might also be really frustrating.

Trust me it wont happen i wanted to see if we could run the factions in fel for alittle mix up and got screamed at for bring it up it was fun.even tho factions you have to join and in know way make it manditory for everyone to be involved.

Yeah I know the rules about pvp im not a total noob and I have been to the tower events and their not that fun because all you get is a bunch of people on one team that know a lot about what they want to do and then get other teams where you have people who have no clue what their doing. This would be an event to where everyone gets to keep their individual gear and gives them a chance to try and see the death of a player they prolly would never see die against any monster in the game. Like gwen said she could prolly bunny thump most people on the shard but get some of those stronger people on her and you might see her go down. Just an interesting thought to be toyed with.

I made this thread to get ideas not to get torn apart.

Not trying to tear anyone apart, just don't see the point of pvp on a shard specifically set up to not have it..there is dualing in your house or the pvp dungeoun if you can't live without it, up to you to use or not.

Its not going to be permanent pvp. Thats what your not getting this is an event suggestion and I suggested it to a GM and they wanted me to get player feedback. Your thinking that I want permanent pvp but I dont I just want a really big fun Pvp event

a fun pvp event for like 5 people who will slaughter everyone else then be unable to kill each other? >.>

+Veritas already made an event for this 4 way capture the flag pvp event called onslaught check it out. It happens quite often
