i built a small stone workshop(first house)..then i saved enough to buy a 2story stone and plaster house(shaped liked a L). i demoed the first and placed the new one on the same place. i didnt know you cant customize that type of house but it let me anyway. not only did it scatter all the chests and contents all over the area, but also took the 162k gold and gave me back 30k in the bank. it reverted back to the smaller first footprint of the first house in the form of a dirt customize.there was no packed house contents just all my stuff scattered all over. after waiting for 2 hours for a gm ...i got tired and just gave the house and all the belongings away. it took that long to pick up all the crates and chests. still no gm. goodbye you wont like the write up on msn and facebook about excelsior either..grab another cup of coffee GM and chat with your friends.

the option i believe is convert to customizable and it turns your noncustomizable lot into a customizable lot... which is yes empty by default. As to your items not going into a moving crate well thats unfortunate i guess or w/e

This is a free shard. The GMs are volunteers and not paid for their time. They are not available 24/7. They have families, friends, employment and a life outside of the game, just everyone else.

And if you took the time to read the system messages while you were messing about with your house, it would have told you exactly what would happen when switching from non-custom to a custom.

Reminds me of the film "Falling Down" when the main character goes into a fast food joint and then gets irate because he couldn't order breakfast 3 minutes after they switched to the lunch menu. Then he gets mad when his food doesn't look like the photo on the menu. LOL

Your have to understand that are GM's have friends and familys as well as im sure you do.they can't spend 24 hours a day on this game.Ive never had any issue's with GM's not being able to help and if for some reason you feel like you were left out in the cold im sorry but give us a shot im sure in time you will realize the joy this shard bring us wierdos that stick around.

First rule of life: Read the instructions, or when you fail, we're allowed to make fun of you. Brutally.
Had you read any of the guides that popped up through your various clicking, you would of seen what you were doing.
GMs wouldn't have fixed that for you either, just told you what you did/let you collect your items.
Don't give us a bad rap, give yourself one.
