Questions regarding custom house building/putting together

I've got a few questions hopefully you can understand since I suck at keeping it simple. I want to make a 3 custom houses the larges I can get which I believe is 18x18. And I want to make an L. So firstly I know the limit is 2 houses. So I got to buy an extra house slot for 400ED. So first thing 1st Is I already got 1 custom house 18x18 with items in it/decos/chest/active beehives. And I got a rock and maybe some trees depending on the way Id want to move it. But right now its only a rock thats next to my house. So Ive checked out the site and read that some things cost in game Gold and some cost ED's. So my question is

Is it possible to remove a rock and some trees that are near my 1 house already in order to combine my other 2 new houses to it? If so how much gold/ED's? I don't know if its like a certain amount per rock/tree.

Also is it possible to move my already 1 custom house 18x18 house some tiles over so I can put in another 2 18x18 custom houses? If so how much gold/ED's to move a house that has chest, active beehives, some decos? Is it so much per item in house to be moved? Or just all "blank" amount of pay for everything to be moved? Also will beehives go dead when house moved by staff?

Also who is able to move my house and put this stuff in action for me? Only the owner or can nyx and chaos and whoever else is online do it?

In the codex under housing, it is pretty explicit what the costs are with regard to placing and moving houses. The codex also lists the rules for placing houses; small rocks are ok for the staff to place a house on, but no object large enough to stick out of the foundation, ei no trees sticking out of your foundation.

As for moving the already existing house. Staff can move the whole thing, lock, stock and barrel, without even a ripple in the water tough. So your bees etc will be just fine.

I did see one thing in the codex listing. It used to be that if you were purchasing an extra house slot, merging it with an already existing foundation was free and not an extra 50 ed on top of the 400 ed for for extra slot. That was the way it was 2 years ago when I got my extra house slot, but I don't see a note in the codex regarding that. Was that a change when most of the ED rewards became deeds instead of staff handled?

I would say that it is changed, I just bought 2 extra house slOts and merged all 4 together for a charge of 15OED, plus the 800 Ed for the extra slots of course.

I have a L shaped house 4 18x18s 3 in a row, then one as the L, and the merging did not come as a gratuity. Not that I minded, you want more, you pay more. I think that is fair =)

I'd say you're looking at:
400 ED for extra house
100 Ed for merging two new houses on to existing house
100k for moving existing house

Gm's will not move trees
Gm's will place right over rocks
