Hello all figured i'd drop a line. Just recently read up about the free shard, wish i would have found this sooner. I have missed UO since EA took over and trashed it. Lot of new stuff and trying to remember alot of the old. Seems like a friendly server so far. So far i like what i see.
Anyway enough rambling.

And yes, there's a lot of new stuff compared to a couple of years ago. I too felt pretty overwhelmed when I started out but things got clearer quickly thanks to many other players who helped me a lot in the first three days.

hello and welcome to one of the best shards out there. not overly crowded, but not a ghost town. if you have any questions feel free to pm anarchy, and i'll try to help you out. don't wait for a reply, because i'm usually protecting the bank or at my home. i do always respond to pm's unless the pm include the words....give me, or if i said no 3 times. if that does happen feel free to join my ignore list. but i doubt your like that.

pet breeding system
bods
different pets from bio's to imprisoned
chiv spells
necro spells
cleric spells
druid spells
ninjistu spells
weapon specials (see little binder on paperdoll for more info)
custom house's
yard wands
deco's
besides that it's the old uo we fell in love wit.

Hi guys, thanks for the welcome's. Well after 6 days i have to say i do like this shard. Although i do miss the old Felucca and red's and dreadlords, but eh, some things have to be forsaken for fun right.
Hey Anarchy i think you may have left out the Armor changes unless it's just this shard with no AR? That right there is i think the biggest thing messing with my head. The armor changes. I'm trying to do stuff i used to do and getting wrecked.
I will prolly pm you later today and no i don't ask for anything so you don't have to worry about a ignore list with me. I try to do as much as possible on my own.

Definitely forgot those
AR is seperated a bit more into individual resistances.
Drag your stat bar off your character, then dbl click it to get the large stat bar.
Resistances are on the far right.
Hope that keeps you alive longer =]

yeah forgot about bushido big one there, and i forgot armor. well i'm glad your figuring things out. if i'm afk please only send 1 pm and i'll try to answer it for you when i'm on. there are a some people here who are living libraries. adrias, devlin, zar ivan, blaze, krazy g, felli, and layfon are just a few vet's who are extremely knowledge-able (if i missed anyone i'm sorry). this is one of those unique shards where people are extremely friendly
