Animated WaterTile

Hi again, last night i ran through tokuno town and saw on of the players house. It has animated waterfall inside her house. (on the rooftop)

Which looks brilliant!!

anyone knows how to get that effect?

as far as i know, the waterfall which is in the house design is not animated.

I haven't done much with it, but I think those tiles are in the special Yard Wand you can get off the vendor stones at Town Center. That contains a lot of tiles not naturally available in the normal custom house menu. Of course, each tile is also far more expensive, so be prepared to dig deep to get those neat actions.
