New teleporter system question

I was wondering if I was able to buy and add a teleporter to a friends house and add it to shop list? Or will it say something like its not your house/location?

You can purchase a house to house teleporter and place it in a friend's houase if you're a co-owner of the house, even for a very short time. I have a few myself. Purchase them from the gold stone in trinsic i believe ... maybe the token stone...
