i was gonna run around the wall area but with this many people altar waiting i thought against it and i brought out me pets too.



11 people including myself waiting. can we fix this somehow? o.O

LOL Anarchy I have had a similar incident at the same champ. I forgot the name of the person but they stood right where you are standing in your picture and didn't have their pets out the entire champ. When the 16th red popped out thats when he went to where you were and released his pets told them all guard me. I bet your thinking well you saw that cause you were standing in there too, but I wasn't I just pay attention at champs. Anyway I walked up to him and said I have never tried this technique, does it work good? (referring to how he was helping us with the champ) No response. Mind you this is while the champ is still going. 16 reds no whites. I continue running around dispelling evil and go back in to check the white candles, hes still there!!! Pets haven't moved. So honestly other than what the guy on the North side of the alter shooting the rotting corpse at close range in the picture who is actually doing this champ?

What i think...

I think players use all their pets at champs because they believe themselves to be weaker than everyone else. Not understanding because of lack of knowledge or lack of experience the amount of damage 5 pets does compared to only using 1, and how 1 pet does about the same damage as one of us with just our weapons.
Hopefully knowing this information will lead to people only using 1 noble/mule/imprisonedpet/bio.
Joining in with them doesn't show them what not to do it encourages it.

joining in with them with 12 pets out killing the champ under 45 secs. i know a few people walked away without ps's. actually talked to 3 of them on ts who walked away without anything. can't join em annoy em.


oh yeah next step is daemon mount with 9 imp dogs :O the annoyance factor just went up by 9 RAWR

I knew something was wrong with this picture.... what Reese said is true, on the second run of doom champ I didn't take out my pets and I got a PS (crappy but better than nothing).

Don't be annoy if you don't get anything they are just fighting fire with fire.

this has become a common issue at Doom champ primarily. as you have to leave the alter to get the stray monsters. I totally get what your saying anarchy, and i see it every time i do that champ.

There is no real sense behind it, other then everyone thinking 'someone else will do the work, so ill just stand here and wait.' unfortunately we have been getting a lot of new players lately with this mentality.

Ive finally started doing it as well, when i see everyone else literally standing around waiting for the champ to pop, I stop killing. call me a jerk, or a whiner but i don't think anyone should get a stab at a champ Im doing all the work for, even if its only through the last 2 candles, its still ridiculous.

Its moments like that i wish PK'ing would turn on for just a second...

Or maybe we should just start bringing more screenshots (with player names) to the forums. Let everyone see who is being lazy at champs so they know who NOT to let in.

but thanks i wasn't complaining it's just was funny. i talked to colibri yesterday and he's gonna be changing the champs. he said he was gonna make it's hps level according to how many players are at the champ. now that is such a cool idea! give neira like 60k hps woot with whirlwind attack that does 1200 points damage RAWR. which reminds me.....i'm not making bio's anymore but i know a few people who are. pm me and i'll tell you who could you imagine kronus having 60k hps :O

Its a Simple razor macro. Alot of people actually believe you have to be inside the trees for them to work.
