Portal wont load

When i try and login to Portal the screen just hangs never loading, so i load it with my character name and is sends me to the login screen and i login in and it hangs all over again. my son can log in just fine with his account. Please help. I cant use chat.

Could be cookies disabled, but if you say your son's portal loads just fine, then i think i know what the problem is. Just email me your username on the shard, and i'll see what i can do (address is on the frontpage).

I cant login with my main account name it just hangs and keeps loading. But i can login at same computer with my sons account or with this account but no chat without my ingame player name? i emailed you Colibri 3 time but no answer yet. sirboss@peskypestcontrol.com and in game on the same account my house playment tool is off by 3-4 inches so i cant place a house the curser iway off. And when i picup a gem in my pack it off buy almost 1/2 in.
