Quick question...how do you get your skills in and spells like that at the bottom of your screen?

Open up any spellbook (Magery, Chivalry, Ninjitsu, Bushido, etc..) go to the page of the spell you want and drag the icon of the spell to wherever you want to put it in.

For skills, open up your skill list... click (mouse left button) and hold skill and drag it out. Simple as 1-2-3.
