from a business point of view tho, its never good to have down time on a website so it must be even more damaging in terms of player retention if the server keeps going down and then stays down.

just some info on me. my acc is only 31 days old and i have already donated over £100, now while i like my bags of holding and my really lucky robe i would like to think that cash is going back in to the game, maybe to pay for an alarm clock for +Colbri?

Well bummer. Haven't been able to play in 2 weeks due to real life interference and now that I can finally play the 1 in a million chance of the server crashing ACTUALLY HAPPENS! Reading forums isn't usually necessary. If you get stuck logging in I'd check the main shard home page. If the last world chat line was sent over 10-15 minutes ago, there is a good possibility the server is down
