First off I have no idea if this is the right place to ask something like this, but I figured it was less annoying to do this instead of paging you guys or something. I just started back here a little over a week ago and I've had a blast. I used to play here a long time ago with some of my family and friends - Like back in 2008 and didn't really know about the account decay (Not that I'm trying to get all my stuff back, I realize that would be impossible). I was looking around the forums and found a page of when the milestones were given out and I remember how fun it was to try and get people to play to reach the milestones. I always liked them as deco and I saw that the players that were on at certain times were listed on the forums and thought of posting this asking if maybeeee I could get my milestone decos back. It didn't seem important enough to page you guys about it since its just deco and there are many people who really need your assistance but I figured it'd be harmless to make this post asking. I'm not really sure if this is okay to do and if its not I apologize for wasting your time, I just really enjoyed being online at those times watching the shard grow. If this is okay and actually possible, my name is on the lists for Jan 20, 2008, Jan 28, 2008, Aug 29, 2008 - (http://www.uoex.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=689) My name was Hana back then (When trying to make my new account that name had already been taken.) You guys probably don't really remember me but you might remember the people I was with- Theros, Ithir... Anyone in the guild "The Irish Mob" haha. Just for clarification purposes. I realize some of the rewards for that were ED, but I'm not going to ask for those. Just the three little stones if possible. For memorieeees. Perhaps even better that you posted so i can reply in a way everyone can see.

Basically, accounts are non-recoverable. Even for item retrievals, it has to be requested within one week after it's been lost.

I have however received a few emails recently with a similar issue, I will consider what can be done. In case of army duty i guess it's nice if it could be retrieved, I will post an announcement on protocol of what accounts may be retrieved and how.
For the future, I will make some solution to make accounts of those in the service to be exempt from the wipe for a longer time.
