I been to Heartwood for quite a few times.

There is always a curious question that pops up

Exactly what special items can be bought in Heartwood?

Also how do we pay the NPC with Elven notes?

Any way to see what can be purchase from the NPC?

This one seems to trip up a lot of folks. The giant mushrooms you see at every shop are actually vendor stones in disguise. just double click there and you can buy those items. The elven notes are spent directly of course.
