That is being a little petty OldManAlewar, We are a non PvP shard, This I would ashume means we do not tolorate people coming up pinching such items as the BOH. Undertaker did what he did, done what he had to do, to make things right to be able to stay on the shard.

I'm not justifing his actions.. If Rayne and Colibri think it is a good thing to keep him here and that he deserve's a second chance then you should respect that, let bigons be bigons and get on with things.

Everybody makes mistakes, don't make more by continuing this thread, saying about how he shouldn't be here when the decsion has been made, Undertaker is serving his punishment and everything was put right after the incident.

Learn from your mistakes, and everyone will be happy.

Wow...very brave of Undertaker...however..some of the "blame" if you will..should be on Neo...he set the bag down...a shard conversation with Coli on the matter of "stealing" ended up with Coli saying, If it can be stolen its gone...period..I have to agree with Old Man...don't kick him when he's down...If you set something down..it's your responsibility to make sure no one is around you...that has nothing to do with pvp...where you can get killed and all your things taken..we all make mistakes..he admitted taking it...I wouldnt call it stealing.. it was returned..should be end of story..

Not trying to argue with anyone but Harabakc has made things abundantly clear on what really happened. I am glad he posted.

Knowing now that you cannot steal from another player's pack, and that this is considered a fun shard without Pk, I believe I understand what Coli meant by (paraphrasing) "If you can steal it, it's yours." To me it's simply this: you are allowed to steal "Stealables" but not take anything from players.

I cannot find any kind words for what went on, I can only hope that there was some sincerity in the apology.

"no posts nessessary" ... and ty grace for your post, that is close to why i took the bag, your on the right track, just not at the finish line, now that this is been blown outta proportion by harabakc, oldman was right from the beginning... you really wanted to throw your 3,742... no 43... cents in... an ty oldman for backing me up... an as far as im concerned, the moment i posted the apology, that was the END of this case, anything that went on afterwards should HAVE been behind closed doors, as oldman (i think) put it, in a private discussion... not public...

and yes i admitted to colibri an rayne that i took it off the ground, and the punishment continued, an yes i broke out of jail, an colibri you could have atleast clearified it of how i did it... i had a ticket to hearwood, got curious, an apparently it works when your in jail... an That i swear was an accident... that was after the few hours i was in there, an colibri DID infact reset my jailtime becuz of it...

It was most certainly stealing, and without being caught, there would have been NO owning up to it. If he did not think that it was wrong to steal, he would have quickly said "yep I have it, thanks for the freebie."

Well spoken. You may also steal items from Shop NPC's and the like. Stealing things that people pay REAL money for is unjustifiable. This a great example of someone using their moral compass and their head at the same time.

I am hearing a lot of justifications being made, and I am quite simply wondering, what happened to morals? My jaw dropped when reading some of these posts.

There is no crime in posting the series of events, and how they took place. The community is free to know what happened and to hold those accountable, as some said. The logs are simply a time line of facts. If a player wished to post the events as they occurred there is no harm in this. The only reason this topic will continue is if more justifications are aired. And for the sake of my sore jaw, I certainly hope there are no more.
