Thorvald's Medallion

I looted a Thorvald's Medallion and can't find anything about it on the forums or wiki.
So, I looked it up on UO Guide:
Thorvald's Medallion is a decorative artifact that is a rare spawn on hydras in the Blighted Grove and Stygian Abyss Dungeon, particularly on Abscess. It is a light source when locked down in a house.
It uses the same graphic as several Category:Tokens, and has no current, known use. (Unlike some of the other mostly decorative artifacts, such as Thrasher's Tail and Abcess's Tail which are Quest items.)

I might remember wrong (and i propably do) but double clicking it could do something.

I tried that.. in my pack, on the ground, locked down, and not locked down. Nothing happens. It does give off a really weak light.
