"No skill cap"?

Hi there,
I'm looking for a Free Shard and found this one. But before I start here, I have a question. What do you mean with "no skill cap"? Fencing, f.e., can raise to 200 and above?

It means that you can raise as many skills to GM or above as you want, you aren't limited to the 7-GM cap that OSI has/had.

Would like to add: individual skill cap is 120, except for fighting skills which are capped at 130 via essences and there are gear that bumps up crafting skills which allow the player to go above the 120 cap (and lockpicking/cartography gear + some event gear)
