Admittedly, this may not be possible to to engine and coding restraints, but here's my idea for a ZOMBIE event.
Basically, players fight zombies... If you're killed by a zombie, you auto resurrect a few moments later... with the ability to attack other players. In the event that you kill them, they auto res and can attack other players, they are "infected" and the event goes until there's only one left. I think it'd be a neat event, were it possible to do.

Re: Event Idea for Halloween.
We did have the walking dead event last year. Basically an island full of Zombies and quests.
Not sure though, if you could insta-come back as a zombie. would be interesting.
The walking dead event lasted a week or so I think

Re: Event Idea for Halloween.
Yep the WD event will start on October 1st. When V and I originally envisioned this event, we had wanted to make it so if you get infected you can then go kill uninfected players for awhile, but there just wasn't a feasible way to do it without additional scripting by +C. And, as with everything, since we're trying to get the facets done and need +C to finish scripting all -that- stuff, we try really hard not to add anything on. Perhaps for next year, though.

Re: Event Idea for Halloween.
Hmm, factional. Undead are one, players are another. You get killed by an undead faction you auto res (or res point) as the other faction. Or leave and res and then come back as a living faction member.
Score points ftw.
Score points ftw.

Re: Event Idea for Halloween.
Factions aren't enabled here, so when we turn on PVP, it isn't possible for us to specify teams/factions, or we'd have all kinds of events with that already.
