13 Fish for Recipes

I recently returned to fishing and read the post by +C saying there are 13 new fish. Ive caught 12. Can someone let me know what one I am missing (and perhaps a location )?

The ones ive caught:

Bluegill
Catfish
Crappie
Halibut
Largemouth Bass
Northern Pike
Rainbow Trout
Redfish
Sea Bass
Steelhead Trout
Striped Bass
Walleye

I want to get into fishing as well. Are you doing anything special or just going out there and fishing?

For the 13 new fish for cooking you don't need anything special. High skill and a pole. I use a hook which you can make with tinkering but not convinced it does much. Try around all city docks that's a good spot to start. I have locations for all new 13 fish if you want some help.
