If an item just says "points spent" it implies that they're all spent. It's elementary reasoning.

Not long ago I bought a SoT for 30ED. The seller (a vet, not a newbie) knew its current market value but said it's inflated so he's selling for 30, not 100+. Mispricing happens, bargains happen. If someone has to assume something's wrong it means your description is crappy. A low price doesn't necessarily mean the item is "spoiled." But, I guess, it does in your case.
