Relayers

Post by nocturne7saint »

Where do people go to hunt for relayers?
I'm wearing a plat plate suit with full resists., I also have 5 imp hounds, where do you think I can go farming for them, and what drops them?

They don’t drop as loot. Relayed deed from Trinsic, 500ED.

Those weapons drop from Peerless Mobs

You gotta dig into the wiki, lots of answers there waiting.

The 4x46 weapons are not good relayers since the 4 attributes in question are weapon hits that don't transfer to the relayer.

There's a good wiki page on relayers (first hit for google "site:uoex.net relayers") which explains how to select a good base weapon, which attributes transfer (and don't transfer) to the relayer and which attributes are essential for every relayer.

When people talk about relayer base weapons that drop as loot they are talking about Yx14/18 resist weapons. Resistances cost lots on a weapon you are relayering so if u get lots of resistances on a looted weapon it can be worth a huge amount of spend points, making it a useful relayer, especially for.your first.

Indeed, but you'll max your resists with only a handful of such starters, so don't get tunnel vision that you need good base resists for a relayer. Count up the numerical values for all the useful attributes that transfer instead.

For sure Wil.. you are correct, I would.not recommend in good conscious getting more than 1 resist base relayer, but they are good for a first relayer. I personally do not use any, but rather have added small amount of resists to my BCs and THs to max all those resists except physical. I still firmly believe that keeping your physical resist down around the 50-60 Mark makes you deal a whole lot more dmg through RPD than having max phys.... this is also the reason a SoT is a bad relayer choice. Even though it comes with the same hp as a titans it comes with 20 phys resist which is awful.
