2. I read up on wiki said lock pick up to 140. How do I get to 140?

Thanks. Also can someone tell me why plat lock pick is so expensive? 12k for only 50?

thats how the market goes, it requires time and materials to reach the skill required to craft those items. if you can find a way to save gold, lets say check [exex and buy plat ingots for 59gp each then ask some players to craft you some lockpicks or max your tingkering skill.
